Responsibilities

Hiring : Chef / Cook

Job Responsibility :

· Cook western / local cuisine.

· Ensure materials procure are in line with the SOP guidelines

· Ensure proper sanitation of the kitchen

· Monitor to minimize food wastage

· Make sure goods received are at the desire quality and quantity

· Always ensure proper storage for all raw materials once received

· Assist to monitor and maintain food cost within targeted budget

· Ensure highest standard of food quality produced

· Stand in to help other kitchen section and outlets when required

· Ensure smooth kitchen & all events operation are executed

Requirements

Requirement :

· Team player with communication and leadership skills

· Up-to- date with kitchen operation trends and best practice

· Experience with Western Culinary

· Minimum 2 years’ experience

· Passion and interest to serve good food

· Potentials can be considered for Sous Chef (Senior or Junior)
